+ -1 moreJuan is spotty at best. He was working several jobs on our street (new development), and none were completed as promised. Although Juan is very nice and his prices are OK, the irrigation was not properly installed and he skipped town without paying one of the materials suppliers. He also left equipment and trash in the yard. He's back in Marin now, so be careful out there!
Description of Work: Installed lawn and irrigation. Also installed "french drain" in side yard.
