"The client’s comments are correct. We changed manufacturers with promises that it would be a smooth transition from Jeld-Wen to Masonite. We changed because we are now able to produce a higher quality product. Unfortunately the manufacture did not perform as promised leaving us and our clients out to dry. We did all we could to appease our clients but in today's economy only the results and experience count. We take full responsibility and only wish we could have done something to speed up the process but our hands were tied. I am happy she likes the end product but in the end of the day a F is a F and nobody cares about the reason."
