(01/07/10) While all inspections were performed promptly the quality of the service was really low. Guy could not figure out why AC didn't work. Well, turns out the there were circuit beaker missing from the AC power box. Next they couldn't figure out why I have clicking noise coming from a heater's intake grille. Well, turns out that I needed cleaning of an electronic air filter. Also they didn't do inspection of a house water system and in first two days after I moved in one of faucets broke of flooding my laundry. I wander what else did they miss.... UPDATE (02/18/10) The company is trying to change me for so called "Supplemental Property Inspection" which they never did and don't have any documents and threatening to send this to a collector agency. I can't believe they are playing such fraud scheme to charge extra money -- the company asks to pay for an extra services after 6 months they did an inspection hoping that you forgot or don't have receipts. Wrong this time, I'm going to a court with this case.

It was very good. Their guy showed up on time, looked at everything, and gave a complete report with no junk added.
