Heirloom Storage

The owner, Peter, was very nice. It was very clean. It had got good security. The problem was when we moved our stuff out of stores and into our new house, it was all contaminated by the pesticide that they use there, and we lost about 80% of our belongings that which included couches, clothes, books and toys. It was a horrible experience. He really did not want to own up to it, but it was a far failure. We actually also called the agricultural commissioner because pesticides were involved. I would not use them in the future.

I've been to several storage units around San Rafael and Novato before checking out Heirloom Storage. This place is quite the facility. Very secure with cameras and gates, immaculately clean, and the price is the same or better than other self storage units. I never thought I would need customer service in a self storage facility, but since I go there a few times a month, I'm glad I checked this place out. It is operated by the owner, Peter, which is probably the reason for such professional service.
