THE BEST!!!! Gene Burch Plumbing provided fast and efficient, highly skilled service which totally fulfilled our needs. Out hot water heater had not been checked in over 6 years but Burch Plumbing professionally checked it out and drained it. The plumber (Eric) also answered various questions we had. He also pointed out two potential leaks we did not know we had. We intend to have Eric come back and handle those two. We have 100% confidence in the expertise of Eric and Burch Plumbing.

I could not be more pleased. Came out day after I called; removed and replaced furnace day after that. 
Completely professional and pleasant. Left surrounding area in better shape than they found it. Will definitely call them again.

Gary called shortly after 1 pm (his arrival window was 1-3).  He was very professional and straightforward.  He even informed me that this is not the ideal time to have the A/C checked because the ambient temperature was not warm enough to put a load on the system.  He also identified that the air filter was too restrictive for our system and to pick up a pleated version of the same size at the local hardware store.  All in all a good experience.

The tech was on time and very professional. He opened all the vents in the house (someone had closed them!!!) and the house started to warm up immediately. I was charged $124 for a service call which I thought was reasonable. The tech was there for about 40 minutes. He knew what he was doing and was very helpful. He told me that Mrs. Burch runs the company now and her philosophy is that the customer should always be happy. I was happy and warm.

They are very good but very expensive. I found them to be very over priced. They do very good quality work. However, I wouldn't use them again in the future because the quality is not worth the price.

We’ve used them for 25-30 years. We used the father and now his sons. Gary is the manager. They are great people. We only used them once years ago for our furnace and that man is no longer with them so we couldn't judge how their furnace repair is. They have been great for the plumbing. We would use them again if we need plumbing repairs. We haven't had any problems with them.

Their price was excellent. The other estimates were much higher. I would use them again in the future.

He did a really great job. They city inspected the work and said it was impeccable. He is very prompt, professional, and efficient. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I would recommend them. They are punctual and professional and clean up after themselves. They make very little noise - it seems like they are not here. Their price is competitive. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

It went fine.They even contacted the homeowners assoc. to make sure the could dig up the asfalt.
