Great! I left a message with the company at 4:30pm on Saturday. Mike called me at 8:45am Monday morning, was here by 10am (and would have been here earlier if I had been available), and was done by 10:30. Responsive, professional, and a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Mike provided an immediate quote for work by phone, and was able to perform the work on the same day. He was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. The overall cost for the job was a bit more than the initial quote, because we needed some extra work done.

He reviewed all the doors and locks in question with us and listened to what we wanted to do. He advised that it would save money to rekey some doors rather than install new locks and security would not be sacrificed. For a door to a crawl space, he could not install a bolt lock because of the construction of the door. But he was able to rekey the door. He was able to do all the work on the site within his truck, and he cleaned up after the job was finished. He arrived on time, was courteous, and listened to our needs. I would hire him again.

Technician (Mathis) did a great job. He tightened up a previous lock, which I really appreciated and he installed a bedroom locking door knob. Mathis was fast, competent and really friendly. He answered my questions and was able to troubleshoot a sticking problem on the spot. Would definitely use them again with confidence. Also appreciated the 25% Angie's List service call discount!

EconoLock is outstanding and everything went extremely well. I recently purchased a new home and needed the locks rekeyed. First, I called a large, highly-rated Angie's List locksmith but was disappointed with the estimate and follow-up to what was promised over the telephone.
The next day I called EconoLock and Michael Rinkor responded and came to my home within a couple of hours on time, perhaps a bit early. He was pleasant, professional and a locksmith educator, answering my questions about deadbolt locks -- for example, how easily they can be picked and the range of quality of the different major brands.
I'm keeping EconoLocks' number nearby for future service needs and highly recommend them for quality service and products along with fair pricing.

Mike was prompt and very professional. Exactly on time (which I appreciate because hardly anyone is anymore).
I showed him the doors/locks in question. We discussed options. We discussed the benefits/hassles of different kinds of locks. He clarified some misinformation about the locks the previous owner of the home had provided me.
We settled on the scope of work. He got to work.
Everything was perfect. No problems encountered since.
