I bought the tile from a company called CTW Designs.  They provide tile.  There was a little bit of a delay and a misstep in the providing certain parts of my tile order so I take off some points for that.  In the end I was disappointed to find that after the tile was installed there was some blemishes on the surface of some pieces that if I would have been more acute I would have looked and complained about it at the time.
