Campbell & Co hardwood floors

Jack responded right away to my request for an estimate on my floors and was very prompt in providing that estimate. He told me what, why and how he was going to do the work and provided an accurate timeline.  He was very willing to work with my schedule. I was thoroughly impressed by the young man who came to refinish the floors. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and really personable.  He was here for 4 days. He had given me a timeline of what he was going to do so that I could plan my days according to the work that was being done. He was prompt and did his best at cleaning up everyday. As you can imagine, there was a bit of dust, as the rooms he was sanding were fairly large.  He did a lot of prep work e.g. taping plastic covering on my cabinets, wall decorations, etc.
And my floors look beautiful! I am very happy with the work that was done and I think it was done at a fair price. I am extremely satisfied with this company's performance!

We found Campbell & Co just by searching the internet. We don't live locally where the work was completed on our rental. They were more responsive than another referral we received. Jack quickly came out to survey the job and was the first to have a quote back to us. His quote was thorough and clear. We needed a quick start and Jack was able to accommodate us before tenants moved in. Jack and his crew were timely and professional. We when changed scope mid-way through the job (adding the bedroom); it was not a problem and the job was still done on time.
