Landscaping
We have a contract with them to provide monthly landscape services to our HOA. Despite repeated walks with the account manager and detailed emails explaining what they are not doing that we are paying them to do, Cagwin still does not perform. They routinely leave trash around the property despite the fact that their contract specifically says that they will remove the trash each week. We paid them extra so that they would not trim the bushes like boxes, but they still did.
