Customer service was excellent. The guys were prompt, quick, and polite. After the initial installation, there were a few unforeseen issues that  arose. The heater exhaust pipe was making a gurgling sound and there was an electrical ticking sound coming from the theater. Bragg Plumbing was really quick to address the problems and even installed a pump to ensure that the condensation was being ejected properly. To add to that, they performed a duct cleaning. One of their guys, Sean, was of most help. He wouldn't leave until he was sure all the problems were resolved. We are very happy with our new heating system.

Todd, the owner is great. He was prompt, fast. professional and inexpensive. Furnace was acting up; he diagnosed and fixed it within an hour. He is also a joy to talk with.
Will also definitely use him for plumbing and tankless water heater issues in the future,

The man who came out was great. He found the problem and our water heater had failed and was not repairable. We were still under guarantee and he offered to contact the manufacturer for us as he felt they would be more likely to respond favorably to a licensed plumber. He did so and the result was quick service on a replacement. We really appreciated the quick, friendly and amazingly helpful service and will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber.

Our Takagi tankless hot water heater stopped delivering hot water, more than once. Chance was really great. He's come out more than once and spent long phone calls with Takagi. He was able to put in "temporary fixes" only. That's because it was installed wrong according to Takagi. The installer, Clarke Plumbing and Heating, will not fix. So with Takagi and Clarke pointing fingers at each other, even though it's still on warranty. Bragg Plumbing/Chance came from Novato and did a really great job in a bad situation.

Bragg sent their technician to my home to diagnose and fix my commercial grade, 20 yr old furnace. I had already been told by another
Company's servicer that it could not be repaired as no parts were available and that I needed to buy a new furnace. Bragg's technician took apart the inducer motor assembly, cleaned it, tested it. put it all back together and the furnace works fine. He was VERY knowledgeable and professional and I applaud Bragg for providing a good work environment that attracts and keeps such talent. I know it is only a matter of time before this furnace must be replaced and I am happily confident that I now know the company to do it, Bragg Plumbing and Heating.

The service call went great - from start to finish. I called Bragg Plumbing and Heating to look at my failing furnace. It was freezing outside and the furnace just seemed to quit. After a nice conversation with the owner of the company, I agreed to a $69 fee for diagnosing the problem, and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out that afternoon. The technician, Chance, showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window I was given and diagnosed and fixed my furnace pretty quickly. Heat at last!!! I was very appreciative. Chance was terrific - he even offered to adjust my wobbly toilet seat before he left as a free bonus. They probably weren't the lowest priced out there, but they were reliable, fast and polite—and they got the job done. I'll definitely call them again.
