Jason's work and his work ethic are excellent.   There were some tricky situations on these seemingly small projects, but Jason knew just how to handle these and get the work done right.   I also appreciate that he communicates well about what is going on.   I highly recommend him.    It is a huge relief for me to know a high quality plumber that I can count on.

CAME TO REPAIR A LEAKING KITCHEN FAUCET THAT HAD BEEN POORLY REINSTALLED DURING A KITCHEN REMODAL 2 YEARS AGO. POINTED OUT THAT I WOULD BE WASTING MONEY TO JUST FIX THE LEAK, SINCE THE FAUCET WAS NOT PROPERLY SEATED ON THE NEW COUNTERTOP. PROVIDED AND INSTALLED A NEW FAUCET THAT WAS VERY SIMILAR TO THE OLD - SAME BRAND AND STYLE - BUT A TIGHT SEAL AGAINST THE COUNTERTOP. WHOLE PROCESS TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

All plumbers are pricey; they are about $120 an hour.  We had a little problem with their quality of work.  They do a good job on professionalism.

Jason came out and did the work.  He was punctual, competent, efficient, and friendly.  He did the job successfully and thoroughly.  He was helpful in trying to figure out the root cause of the problem, and possible long-term solutions.

I've used him for years. His plumbers have been really good and professional. His name is Jeff Baswell. He is pleasant to work with and does good work. He is all the things I want in a plumber. He is prompt, clean and knows what he is doing. He is not inexpensive but his prices are in the ballpark. He recently gave me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. I would recommend him because he will do a good job. He's a real plumber and not just somebody that will unplug your toilet. He knows the different aspects of plumbing and he can do it all. He is reliable, prompt and provides good service.
