I thought the installation was OK, but then on the 7th we had rain, and I had water intrusion. The day after they installed, I noticed condensation on the glass, either between the panes or on the outside. I called them back on the 8th, and talked to the superintendant Mike, who initially came out and measured. He was supposed to call me back for an appointment, and he never called back. I called again on the 11th, and left a voicemail on his cell phone. I called again to the office on the 12th, and left another message. On Monday the 15th, I called the office and this time I was able to speak to the business manager, and told me that Mike was on vacation. I let him know what I was dealing with, and he advised he would try to get someone out to look at the windows that week. I talked to him on the 18th again, and he told me they were short-handed, and he was going to have someone come out the following week of Thanksgiving. He stated the windows are under warranty, and they will take care of it. No one ever came. Monday, the 29th, Mike called me at 1100AM and said that he would be at the house at 3PM, he showed up at 350PM. He told me that I may have to live with this condensation. I never had this problem with the old windows. He made no suggestions as to how to fix this. I have kept leaving voicemails, but no one is calling me back.
