About us
Alfresco Heating provides consultative sales, expert installations, and warm service of patio heaters in the San Francisco Bay Area. We currently have three employees, in addition to subcontractors for specialized jobs. We carry a California Contractors License class C-36 #870395. Installation costs can vary widely. It is helpful to have a free initial phone consultation to discuss the space you wish to heat, your budget, and gas / electric availability to the site. On-site consults are $150, and that fee is applicable towards installation / purchase packages of $2500. Have your own contractor? No problem. We are happy to advise and provide the appropriate heaters for your application. Service Rates are $95 per heater on the major brands we support, plus parts. We currently sell install and service Infrared Dynamics, AEI, SunGlo, SunPak, Infratech, Patio Comfort, DCS, and Twin Eagles radiant patio heaters. The service (trip) charge can vary depending on your location from $100 to $150. We also do repairs in our shop (which do not require a service charge).
