+ -1 moreCliff's expertise and experience were evident throughout the entire process, from initial evaluation of the job through planning, scheduling and execution. I have degrees in engineering and business, and in my opinion Cliff did an outstanding job. Throughout the entire process he communicated frequently, a minimum of once a week, on the progress of the job, providing detailed written summaries of work performed and planned. He and his crew frequently asked my opinion of options available to either save cost or enhance the final result. I am happy to recommend Cliff to anyone needing the services of a general contractor. His personality and work ethic make him a pleasure to work with; the skills he possesses are evident in the outstanding quality of the work he performed for me.
Description of Work: This is to provide a recommendation for Cliff Arrambide, a general contractor who has done extensive work on my home. This work involved repair of dry rot in the sheathing under the stucco on the exterior walls, replacement of several windows, and rebuilding the rear of the house where two bay windows were in danger of collapse due to dry rot damage. In addition, Cliff provided support from expert structural engineers, electricians, plumbers, sheetrock installers and his excellent crew of carpenters.
