Wholesale Dumpster Rental

I was about ready to order a dumpster. When I got to the terms, there were huge overage fees which were much smaller with their competitor. I asked the sales rep, Albert, if he could match them, and he could not. No problem. I told him to cancel the order and proceeded to order the dumpster from the other company. Two days later, Wholesale shows up with a dumpster. The other one was already delivered, so we sent it away. So far, honest mistake on their part, just a misunderstanding, sales rep forgot to call off the truck. then I get an email that I am being charged $350 for turning away the truck. I called billing, they said I have to pay it, but I need to talk to customer service. Talked with customer service, they also said I have no options and refused to even speak with the sales rep to find out the truth. At this point, they have charged my credit card for both the dumpster and the cancellation and I have disputed the charges with my credit card provider. On their web site, they say they have 4.97 stars out of 5 based on 592 reviews in Yelp, Angies List, google and Cityreview. They are not listed in either Yelp or here on Angies List, and they have a 1.5 star out of 5 on Google. I can only warn anyone that as far as I can see, these people are dishonest and disreputable. Do business with them at your own risk.
