Maribel & Quincy did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I've had my carpet cleaned before but this is the first time someone went behind the doors and cleaned along the baseboards. The carpet's high traffic area required more work and looked great when they finished. They were friendly, fast and I am referring them to friends. My only regret was I let my coupon expire and had to pay additional money.

They forced as to sign prior to performing the job then afterwards they changed the price. They were 20 minutes late despite that they had 2 hours grace time. The one room took 1. Hour 15 minutes.

They were ready to perform the services as stated in Angie's list deal. Our records indicate that you requested additional services which came out to an additional $95.00. Furthermore due to your complaint about money, a full refund was issued to you from our company and Angie's List also refunded you all your money. We did notice that you din't complain about the quality of services provided. Our company prides itself in providing an excellent quality of service and never forces anybody into any of our services. Our technicians are honest, friendly and courteous. We are so sorry to read your review but in all honesty our records don't indicate the facts you stated. Furthermore, the technicians that performed the work at your home don't have the same recollection as you stated. We follow a strict process and one is to provide an estimate at the beginning of the job. If you agree, a signature is required and work will commence. Again, we regret to see your negative comment. Our technicians performed an honestly good job at your home. We provided a full refund of all your money and Angie's also refunded your money. We feel that we have tried to accommodate you as much as possible."

pretty well... I guess the service didn't include certain relatively basic things in terms of scent and stain prevention that they wanted me to pay extra for but i guess that is to be expected since the cost was cheap

We have two dogs, so our carpets get really beat up.  These guys did a very good job under challenging circumstances.  Spent a long time working on bad spots to insure a good result.  Very pleased with them.

The only reason I tried this company was their Big Deal offer for carpet cleaning.  I was annoyed from the start, as they did not come in the time window they arranged, and did not call me until the end of their window to tell me they were going to be late.  When they eventually came they stated that the carpet cleaning was only a "maintenance cleaning" and that if I really wanted the carpets cleaned I should opt for the "deep cleaning" - which was, of course, more.  They did give the Big Deal discount but then charged a $10 Angie's List surcharge - what was that about?  Either it's the Big Deal price or not, there should be no surcharge.
They stated that the carpets would be dry in 1 - 2 hours.  They weren't dry for at least two days.
I would NOT use this company again.  This experience has also soured me on trying anyone new offering a Big Deal.

The deep cleaning that they did felt like it was a difficult type of cleaning. It did not leave the carpet wet. It pulled out the odor and dirt instead of just pushing it down in the carpet. It felt fresh afterwards.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came pretty quick and they did a really good job. This was the first time I've used them. I liked them. The guy was really nice. They gave me a coupon for future use.

I felt like this company used their deal as a sales pitch.  They tried to up-sell me on work immediately and it took a while to convince them to do what I had paid for (which ended up being less than I expected.)

I had to give the company a rating in order to finish this "review" even though they didn't do the service.  I gave them a "C-Fair" only because after purchasing the service, they wouldn't come to my home, yet no distance restrictions were given for the offer when I purchased it.  Their actual cleaning service might be excellent.
