Vic made honest recommendations to save me any hassle in the long run. The only problem I had was that he mistakenly broke my wall mirror during the install and he did not offer to replace it. I felt that there was no reason to remove the mirror but since his measurement of the backsplash was off, he had to move the mirror.

Lowe's set up installation. Plumber was late. Installation on first toilet (American Standard Cadet) was done correctly. Installation of second toilet (American Standard Champion) was not done correctly. Bowl was installed correctly, but tank was leaning noticeably forward from wall. Tank wobbled when pushed with one finger. Cannot understand how plumber did not notice before he left. Called to have plumber fix the problem, and was notified it would take him one week to correct his mistake. After second visit, toilet appears to be installed correctly.

I WAS SASTISFIED WITH THEIR WORK THEY WERE ON TIME TO COME TO THINK OF IT THEY WERE EARLY AND I THINK THEY DID A TERIFFIC JOB I HAVE NOT USED THE DISHERWASHER YET BUT THEIR SERVICE WAS PROMPT
