PACIFIC FINANCIAL EXCHANGE WAS THE INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY INVOLVED IN A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION THAT HAD TAX RAMIFICATIONS IF NOT DONE PROPERLY. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
