OVERPRICED! Do not hire unless you want to spend a lot of money. They did 2 repairs. One was completed for $400 and the part only costs $20 and wasn't even the correct part. The second repair costs the same, but nothing really needed to be done. They replaced a part that did not replacing and that part didnt last. I had to replace again with someone else for $100. DO NOT HIRE!

There were here for a total of four hours and they charged me $5000, so basically over $1000 per hour. I called them about the enormous bill and they said they would take $500 off. I'm still not happy, it doesn't make any sense. The majority of the charges came from the clean out which only took an hour and fifteen minutes. They said regardless of how long it takes, they charge a flat rate for the clean out.
