OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, BUT THE PRICE WAS OUT OF OUR RANGE. BESIDES THAT, EVERYTHING WENT GOOD. THEY WERE INFORMATIVE WORKERS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE PRETTY INFORMATIVE WITH THE INFORMATION THEY CARRY, AND THEY SEEMED TO CARRY KNOW INFORMATION YOU NEEDED.

WE RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE LAST FALL, BUT SAT ON IT AND ENDED UP GETTING A TWENTY PERCENT LOWER DEAL WHEN THEY CALLED WITH A SALE. THEY HAD GREAT FOLLOW UP FROM THE STORE ON THE CONTRACTORS, WHICH MADE ME HAPPY.

TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS TO CALL BACK WITH AN ESTIMATE, DIDN'T END UP HIRING THEM FOR THE JOB AS THE FIRST ESTIMATE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE 2ND APPT.
