From the moment Rick walked in the door to make his bid, I immediately felt comfortable that he was hearing what I wanted and responding accordingly. He made several good suggestions for improvement to my design ideas. The cabinets were all custom built to my very particular size requirements, installed and finished perfectly. There were two small communication gaps between what was expected and what was installed, but everything was made right by either a good alternative and/or a small price reduction. I made several adjustments to the requirements before work started, and Cindy at the office, was easy to work with and provided good guidance and communication all the way through.
The work was professionally done by everyone involved with the project. They cleaned up every night, arrived on time, and were all pleasant to deal with. The schedule was clearly lined out and communicated to all subcontractors, everything completed exactly on time. Both projects together took a total of 6 weeks from demo to completion, which was great timing.
The finished kitchen and bath are beautiful and the custom cabinets, with all their special features of drawers and slide out
pantry, make working in my kitchen a real pleasure. Frontier is highly recommended for everything from custom cabinets to overseeing the entire project.

Met with Owner, Rick, who is pleasant and knowledgeable paying attention to every detail. We toured his large, impressive shop with the latest technology. Rick personally came to our house to measure everything. The cabinets reflect the highest craftsman quality down to every detail. They cut no corners and use the best materials. They met all scheduled times, down to the minute. His employee installers were pleasant and took their time to make sure everything fit precisely. When we needed some fine tuning, Frontier went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased. Cindy, Rick's assistant, promptly returned all calls and emails. Before we chose Frontier, we shopped around to about 6 other cabinet makers. Frontier is not the least expensive cabinet people around, but you can rest assured you will get the finest quality at a reasonable, competitive price.

The paint on the cabinets was not waterproof. If it gets wet it stains anything it touches. The paint is coming off in chips especially in the corners. The person that did the cabinets did an excellent job, they fit in perfectly. The company, even passed out advertisement to our neighbors without our permission. They really should have someone come out and fix the job. I have contacted them many times and they still have not sent anyone out to help me fix it. They sent out someone out to repaint the stain and they tried to have us pay for what they did wrong the first time.

The provider reached out to me after my above comments on Angie's List. He immediately came and took pictures and sent two painters out the next day. They re-sanded, re-painted and re-sealed the cabinets. Everything looks beautiful, I cannot believe how it turned out! The issue was taken care of better than I expected, they redid the entire job.
