Cooke's Garage Doors

I them hired before for my son’s condo . I called, we set a date and time. The service guy showed up on time, fixed the problem and then he performed some maintenance work on the door. Courteous and friendly.

The replacement/installation of the door took less than 2 hours. The (very silent) door looks and works great. The service was professional and amiable. I was provided only what I needed. There was no effort to add on extra items/expenses, and the cost was reasonable/competitive.

I called them at around 7:30 Monday morning, and explained my problem, and they showed up around 9:00 AM and fixed it. They replaced both springs, and did a general check up on the door. Very fast, professional, and efficient service.

Brian was awesome. Called him up, he answered, gave me an estimate, and was able to come by take a look and install the same day. Cool guy and did a great job in a timely fashion. He took the time to explain how to use our new opener, what we should do to maintain it, and other useful information. Would hire again. Thanks Brian!

My son hit the garage door trying to go under it.
This broke the spring, and of course it was a Saturday.
So I came to Angies list hoping to find a repair person to fix the garage door.
Brian Cooke came out (within 2 hours....super fast for a Sat). He has to order a spring, but he did a temp fix in the meantime.
My garage door is custom that's why he had to order it. He had everything on that truck, and he also tightened the door up and reprogramed a new remote.
This guy is awesome, and super nice. I am going to have him come back and replace the doors very soon.

It was a great experience and if use them again.

It went very quickly.  Door wouldn't work at all before but he fixed it by adjusting the hardware.  I thought I needed a new door, but didn't.

Brian was very nice and professional. He did not try to upsell me. He gave me options on the different packages and explained the differences.  I decided to go with the best package because it was only a couple hundred more than the good package. The package was $1,450 which included an insulated door and top of the line garage door opener. I was so impressed with Brian I did not even get anymore estimates. His price seemed very good and I was happy.  We set up the  installation date and it went great. They came and installed the door in a few hours. I am very happy.  The quality of their work was excellent.  I would use them again.

.Brain, came by and looked at the old opener. he gave me price to replace it or repair it. I decided to have it replaced. He suggested a model and explained the reason why he chose that one. I agreed and set up a time for him to come back and install the new one. He was on time, did a professional installation job, cleaned up and took the old unit away. I went to Home Depot and priced the unit and found out his price was higher not not unreasonable consider he had to purchase it. I would highly  recommend him.

Daniel came to fix the broken springs on our garage door. Clean, friendly, and professional all at a great cost! I will call them for all future needs and recommend to anyone who needs any garage door work done.

When he came he asked a few questions. He then  tweaked the floor sensor, told me how it had to be in order to function properly.          
"What's my bill", I asked. "Notin"," I did nothing " he replied.  You do not find mechanics with this type of attitude these days.
Brian is THE MAN to call on garage doors, install or service.
This is my 1st review on Angies list in 3 years.

I called two garage door specialists from Angie's List to perform the work. Bryan returned my call promptly and we set a date and time to meet. The other company never returned my call. Bryan was at the condo when I arrived and I was on time. Bryan adjusted the lifting device and the door. I bought a new Liftmaster door opener from him and he synched it with the lifter and with the front gate to the condo. He was early for the appointment, knew what he was doing, got to work quickly and in about half an hour the garage door opened smoothly and the door opener worked, too. I complimented him on his work. I would use this company again.

My garage door motor had fallen, bolts dislodged from other areas and I needed help fast. I turned to Angie's List and found that Cooke's Garage Doors had been well rated and used by several people in my community. I called and Brian responded quickly. He was at my home within the hour and quickly was able to repair the problem. I was very satisfied with his promptness, professionalism and price. He also assisted me with repograming the universal remote with no additional cost. I will definately use and refer this company again.

The garage door stopped responding to the remote. Changed batteries, nothing. Finally after a few months of manually

opening it I decided to call for repair.

Checked Angie's list and found Cooke's Garage Doors with all A reviews.

It was on the weekend so I emailed the company. Brian called me Monday morning

for details. I sent him pictures of the motor and door so he could have the correct parts on hand.

Came out on Tuesday and added a reinforcement bracket (my small bracket had ripped out).

Didn't need a new opener YAY!

Checked remotes, oiled everything and adjusted sensors.

Very professional and will definitely use again and recommend to others.
