I had a previous termite inspector/controller look at my place and offer to perform just the Termite Control for a high price. Repairing and replaced the wooden structure would cost extra. Casco Termite was able to perform Termite Control, plus repair the some of the wood as needed for less that the first inspector would cost for just fumigation.
