They are very nice people and all of the jobs besides plumbing that he did, were done very well. They were on time and professional, the gentleman actually came after work as scheduled, and they were able to accomplish everything in 4 hours. I had this problem with the shower head, and I called him in the hope that he would come back and fix it. He answered my message, and said that he would get back to me, and he never did.
Description of Work: I hired him to do electrical work, to reinforce the hot water heater so that it wouldn't collapse during an earthquake, fix a light (which involved extensive troubleshooting and thinking outside the box on his part), and also to do some plumbing. The plumbing was the only issue. There was a shower head installation that leaked from the upstairs shower into the roof of the garage.
