This is a REAL customer review - NOT a family and friends review. This is the 3rd time I've used this company. The first time we needed a new fan motor on a Saturday night in July( no emergency charge), the second visit was for a thermostat problem, and this time was for a tune-up. Each time I have been very pleased by the service I received - professional, courteous, prompt, fairly priced and no sales pressure for extra services. Robert came this time and did a thorough job checking and cleaning the units. He even pulled out the hose to clean the coils - but didn't pressure me or try to scare me with potential future problems if I didn't buy their chemical cleaner today. Both he and his partner were also very patient with my 3 "exuberant" dogs and made sure they didn't escape - always a plus with me!
