Overall, I would describe the experience positively, though I had some initial misgivings. Chano gave me an estimate of $750 cash, and I was unsure whether he meant check or actual cash, so I gave him a check for the deposit, and he made it clear to me that he wanted the balance in cash. There were some causes for concern, such as when he and his installer, Carlos, were late for appointments or did not return phone calls as promised. In the end, though, they did the work as promised, and I would use them again.
