NOTHING WENT RIGHT. When the movers arrived on moving day, they refused to honor the contracted rate given on the phone. Since we had to move on that day, we were stuck renegotiating a higher price. When we gave them our new address in Texas, they were unresponsive as to when our belongs would be delivered. They finally delivered our belongings ~3 weeks late. We had to stay in the hotel until they arrived. The movers making the delivery appeared to be illegal aliens because that obviously could not read nor speak English. They completely disregarded large labels on boxes marked "GLASS", "FRAGILE", and "THIS END UP". They threw boxes off the moving van and into our house like they were footballs. My wife and I are very experienced movers, and these guys were COMPLETELY inexperienced and unprofessional. Many of the boxes looked like they fell off the truck, they were so damaged. The movers broke legs off two of our desks (one was an expensive antique) and damaged our exercise bicycle. They accidentally left some other party's box at out house. They misplaced the screws to reassemble our dining room table. Additionally, they neglected to deliver our computer desk and refrigerator. They claimed that the forgotten items were accidentally left behind in their warehouse, and that they would bring them to us in the next week or so on their next trip to Texas. Months later, they never delivered the desk or refrigerator. Despite numerous phone calls and written complaints, they never made good on their promises. Don't use these guys to move anything, anywhere, at any price!
