I called Raffi at Watt TV Service. He came out the very same day, took our TV and provided us with another to use while he worked on ours. In less than 2 days Raffi returned with our TV in great shape. Raffi is a very engaging, friendly person who was a pleasure to work with. He even went out of his way to find a DVD player on line to suggest because he knew we were also interested in a new one. I would definitely recommend Raffi to anyone asking for a reference.

Repaired a 9 year old 63" Samsung Plasma HDTV. Two men arrived on time. TV would not start up. Explained probable causes and gave me a range of costs, depending on the part(s) needed. They removed this 150+ pound TV from the wall bracket and took it to their shop. Got a call the next day that the TV was repaired. They returned on schedule that afternoon and reinstalled the TV which worked perfectly still does. Their cost came to near the low end of their estimate. All told this was an excellent service experience for me.
