Beautifully! Working with Joanne is a joy. They took two of my favorite chairs and matching ottoman, which had been ripped to smithereens by my cats, and literally made them better than new. These chairs were of very high quality and construction when first purchased 20 years ago and I couldn't find equivalent replacements at twice the price I paid to have them re-upholstered (I know because I tried). I spent over an hour with Joanne selecting the right fabric (her patience is endless) and the final product was just beautiful. Their attention to detail was obvious -- fabric patterns match perfectly, seams and trim are factory perfect. They even made me a plastic cover for the ottoman to deter my two fur babies from using it as a scratching box. I couldn't be more pleased.
