I was very pleased.  We had a home warranty contract and when the pressure regulator broke, we called the warranty company first.  The plumber they sent out said he could not get the old valve off, he'd have to cut the pipe and then completely re-route the pipe and it would be visible right on our front porch when he was done.  We said noooo thanks and called Trust Plumbing, who is only a few blocks from our house.  The Trust plumber got the old valve off without cutting anything, and the new one installed...and was very reasonably priced.  We've had them out for a couple of other minor things since then and they are always responsive and (truly) trust-worthy.

I spent about $350 for the last job. I like them very well and they do a good job. They are real good friends of mine. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The team arrived promptly, but the lead member seemed arrogant and impersonal. He stated a price and I accepted, but once they finished I felt the job was simpler than I had expected. I asked the team lead for a discount. He seemed insulted and somewhat aggressive. I then asked the owner, Mr. Blumberg, for a discount over the phone and he provided a 10% reduction as I recall. But again the team lead seemed insulting and somewhat aggressive. He said "I know your kind of people" for example. They also didn't clean up the muddy mess to the level I would have expected, and then after the team left, they drove by one more time - with not such pleasant expressions on their faces. In my view this was unprofessional behavior. A client has the right to ask for a discount at any point and if the owner grants it, the employees and team should accept it, and just be courteous.

The water draining from our washing machine was backing up into our kitchen sink drain. Trust Plumbing came out the same day we called, on schedule, and snaked out the drain. Also, my husband had removed the garbage disposal and had noticed that the pipe end had rotted, and he was worried that the whole pipe would need to be replaced in order to reconnect the disposal. The plumber solved the problem by cutting off the thread end so a rubber boot could be used to complete the connection. He did a nice job so my husband could install a new garbage disposal himself. Everything is working well now.

We have had plumbing problems in our bathtub for some time, and worked with another plumber to fix the problems. This company came out right away, and found leaks that the other company missed (and showed them to me, so I knew what they were doing!). Later, when the job was finished, we still had a leak. They came out, and demonstrated that the problem was clearly not with their work, but rather with a poor tile job in the bathtub. This was a separate trip which took two hours of their time, and they didn't charge me for it! I'll definitely use them again -- I was impressed by their willingness to help me find the root cause of my problem.

They responded to my call by sending someone out within 15 minutes. He assessed the problem and initially quoted me $220. I said I thought that was way too high, so he said he'd discount it to $180. He then got the part and returned to fix it. The job took only a few minutes. While punctual (They said within the hour and arrived within about 15-20 minutes) and able to fix the problem, it seemed pricey compared with other plumbers I called subsequently for an estimate on the same job.

I was visiting my daughter and noticed the air gap would overflow with water when the dishwasher ran. I called Trust Plumbing because I had used them before. He came in and cleaned it out. I have used Trust Plumbing before and am happy to have a plumbing company to call on when needed.

It went well. They arrived on time and did the job.

Shower drain clogged. I attempted to clear it out myself, but to no avail. Eddie came out, ran an augor, and the clog was gone. He ran the shower for awhile to ensure it was clear. Gave a 30 day guarantee. Was conscientious about not leaving a mess. Gave some good advice about why not to drop Drano into a clogged drain that will not clear up.

We have relied on Trust Plumbing for several smaller jobs and did not hesitate to call them for this problem. The job was completed the same day we called them.

I WOULD SAY THAT IT WAS EXCELLENT WORK ON THE TOILET INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY COMPETENT. THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK SEEMED TO HAVE GOOD WORKMANSHIP.

FIXED EVERYTHING, PROMPT, QUICK, EASY AND TRUSTWORTHY. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN TO FIX PLUMBING PROBLEMS IF I EVERY NEEDED IN THE FUTURE.
