TRANS WORLD TILE

Most of the demo we did on our own and they did additional demo. There was a coupon for the initial bathroom then they did the second bathroom several months later. They were very good. I expected delays in the ordering of the tile. I thought since they were made in Italy they would come from Italy, but they were coming form a warehouse so it was ready sooner than I expected. I wasn't ready for them so they worked with my schedule. The sales people were very patient with me in terms of choosing the tile. I picked the style I wanted for the first bathroom, the second bathroom they gave me samples. My tile guy didn't like the one I fixed because he would have to cut to get the smaller tiles and that would cost me more, he also told me to pick a decorative piece to help the tiles fit better. The one I chose they didn't have in stock so they special ordered it and had it shipped in, I only lost 2 days getting the decorative piece in. I would say the price was competitive. They even gave me candy and the owner brought out pastries from the back.
