Thermal Comfort did a great job assessing our house's unique heating and cooling needs. Our house is 95 years old, so the guys really had to work to get the system installed in a way that would provide comfort and be unobtrusive. They worked hard to get things just right.

Adam arrived punctually according to the service appointment. He inspected the compressor unit and found it was short of gas, then re-charged it. He inspected the fan under the house to make sure it was working, then checked the heating vents inside the house to insure that heat was being distributed. He checked all the filters and replaced them.

Great! These guys really know what they are doing. My ductwork was leaky and inefficient, and my old furnace was a fire hazard. Thermal Comfort set up a whole new duct system that works so much better; my house finally gets cool. They installed a large furnace in a difficult-to-access crawl space, and set up the furnace so it would be easy to service in the future. The employees worked really hard in the middle of a heat wave and did a beautiful job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing air duct work, a new A/C or a furnace.

THEY MAINTAIN RECORDS OF PAST SERVICE WHICH THEY ACCESS WHEN WE CALL AND THEY ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROMPT SERVICE FOR REPAIRS, USUALLY WITHIN 48 HOURS. LARGER REPAIRS ARE SCHEDULED, SUBJECT TO ORDER OF AVAILABLE PARTS, AT THE OWNER'S CONVENIENCE. THIS IS A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY AND CONSISTENTLY GAVE US HIGH MIDDLE ESTIMATES AMONG SEVERAL COMPANIES.
