Delivered on time. The equipment was in good condition. They were extremely flexible on picking up the chipper. Stopped charges from accruing as soon as I called them to say I was done with the equipment. In my case we were done on a Saturday evening. Charges stopped at the time. I don't know if that is how most companies operate, but it was not done that way the last time I rented equipment several years ago.
The cost was high but I did not think it was unreasonable considering how long I had it. They were prompt at refunding the deposit amount in excess of the final charges.
Office personnel were easy to deal with, pleasant, prompt and reliable.
The biggest pain of the entire job was having to go get gas and have it on hand so we could keep on working without down time. I would have liked it better if they had provided the gas cans - I had to go and buy two of them that I now have no real use for.
( I also had to rent a very large dumpster from the Burrtec Trash to get the chipped material hauled away. Due to a poor explanation from them about the sizes they offer and stupid rules they have about rain not adding any weight to the load because it all runs off when they tilt the dumpster to unload it so they stuck it to me and that added another $300 to the cost of the whole job. Being a captive customer is rotten!)
