This must have been the worst experience we've ever had with a vendor or contractor. What was supposed to take 5 days took 5 weeks, with so much miscommunication, things that were promised but never delivered, they lost the knobs on our cabinets that they were fixing and were never able to find appropriate replacements, I could go on and on. They would constantly tell us they'd be there at a certain time of day and not show up on time, or even on the day. Isaac and Moti, the owners I think, would promise us one thing and then the guys they'd hire to show up and do the work--often different guys each day--would have a very different idea of what was to be done. The day laborers also told us this was common practice from Isaac & Moti, to over-promise and under deliver. They promised to fix our beautiful walnut cabinets and then wound up replacing them with completely different wood that looked like it was from Ikea. Ultimately we wound up paying only $11,000 of what was originally a $17,000 job because there were so many problems and so many lies that we refused to pay the last payment.

Over the years I've had my entire home remodeled inside and out. I've dealt with several different contractors. Dana was the best project manager I've ever worked with. We had to move plumbing and electric, install a bathtub/shower, tiling in the bathtub area, a new vanity and toilet, and painting. She brought in a very skilled team who worked for the company, everyone always showed up when they said they would, and they did a fantastic job. What really made the experience great for me was the Dana treated me, my ideas, and my feelings with respect I'm not used to from contractors. When things weren't as I wanted them she bent over backwards to make it right as soon as possible and, even after they had received payment in full, she insisted that someone come back to make sure other areas of my home that got messy during the remodel got cleaned up to my satisfaction.

They were great, and the project manager Isaac was amazing. I've worked with contractors for 30 years as part of my job and I've literally never worked with as responsive and thorough a contractor before. Isaac was in touch daily and while he had another job in our area, was onsite a lot in the beginning and touched base with me daily to see if I needed to speak with him or meet in person if he wasn't here that particular day. The workers were great and it seemed like a tight crew. If you've been in the construction business for any length of time you get a feel for how a team works together and this team was like a well-oiled machine. If I pointed out anything that could have been done differently they were right on it, and they helped with a few things outside their contract, as well. We added a front light and new numbers on the building and Isaac came down before dawn on three separate days to adjust the light so it wouldn’t be too bright or shine in any neighbors’ windows. They finished a few weeks ago and already the homeowner’s association has agreed to bring them back for at least one other project that we’d had on hold forever. I have some remodeling to do in my unit next year and they’ll be the first company I call for a bid.

Sprint did an outstanding job. Isaac Amar examined the leaking deck, gave us a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done,submitted a detailed contract. During the work, he was very hands-on, making sure that everything was properly done. the people working for him were well-prepared and did an outstanding job.

They did an amazing job from start to finish. The project manager River was an ultimate professional. Everything was thorough and well explained so that my 85 mother could understand exactly what was going on. My job exceeded all expectations so we decided to do a walk-in shower for my mother as well, I couldn't be happier. Sprint did an amazing job on the kitchen in our new house. The work was done so much faster than I thought and turned out amazing! Everyone compliments us on our kitchen and I owe it all to Sprint Remodeling, from the design to the final execution!

Well, first and foremost I had a problem with previous installers on my bathroom which left us without 1 bathroom for about 2 months. I had called around and ended up getting a proper estimate and quote from Sprint Remodeling. I noticed the professionalism right away with proper measuring and talking to me about what would be done. All in all I ended up going with them and couldn’t be happier. As someone in the service industry I stand behind good service and this is a company that provides good and clean service. Highly recommend the work they offer.

It was excellent. They were on time and did not sub-contract out, which I appreciated. They did an excellent job and everything went perfect. The owner inspected the work as it was getting done, which I also appreciated.

It went well and Nadav was in constant communication via text, calls, and video chat to keep me updated with everything that was going on.

Ilan showed up to give an estimate and I could tell he really knew what he was talking about. Out of the 3 companies that I received proposals from, his was reasonable and he also showed the most knowledge about the products and service. The deck was built in 4 days and looks amazing. It was a really challenging project because it was a long thin deck on a slope but everything was completed with finesse. I love the deck and would definitely hire them again.

I spent almost an hour talking to these people over the phone because they have so many salespeople/schedulers/dispatchers etc. I confirmed the appointment the day of. The dispatcher got on the phone when I called to ask them why they didn't show up to a verified appointment - at first he told me I have little chance of speaking with the owner as the owner "simply doesn't care enough" to speak with me. He said "If I can't get the owner to show up to an appointment then how do you expect me to get him to speak with you on the phone." After I demanded to speak with someone else, I got "the owner's brother" who had little to contribute. Basically couldn't explain it and didn't both apologizing.

Sprint Remodeling and all the guys who worked on our garage were awesome. Especially Ron - Thanks for all your help. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

They were not very professional, they did not bother to cover my furniture when sanding the ceilings until I came home for lunch and requested it be done, did not clean up after them self's very well, had come back to repaint on three different occasions. The contractor and the subs were responsive and worked very hard to make things right however; I would not use them again knowing what I know now.

I wouldn't recommend. I had to have them back multiple times to rework a project. I don't feel that what I asked them to do was well thought out. What they built was totally inadequate to what I was gonna be putting on. They built me a deck as suppose to something that had to support like 5,000 tons of weight which is what I asked them to do. I had to tell them out the building in order to sustain the weight and it was very clear from the beginning that it was a deck for a hot tub. I had to tell them how to build it. The gentleman who I dealt with was very nice and whenever I brought up an issue he brought his people back. He did actually call me and asked me how's everything and I said things that needed to be fix. But I mean I contracted them for a very specific thing and what they gave me was not what I contracted. I can imagine somebody would have got hurt if I hadn't had them rebuild it.

Overall it went well. Vinyl flooring sections could have been installed better. Some seams required caulking. Caulking residue left on vinyl. I had to clean up.

First of all...let me retract the initial review of this company. I accepted them on a cold call....The project manager was polite and professional...Initially I thought the price was a bit high...but once the work was in progress I saw that it was well worth it... The painting was superb. And they even thew in some extras that were not part of the initial contract. Ilan, who was the project manager kept me laughing the whole time. Would I use them again. Yes....Unfortunately the initial review was posted totally erroneously and should be ignored and deleted.

They were a top notch company. The workers were professional and polite. I had two different teams and they both did extraordinary work.
