Shawn is patient, experienced, and thorough.
Shawn helped us find and purchase our 2nd home. He stuck with us while we viewed over 150 house listings over the course of 6 months. When we finally found the house that we loved, he guided us through a bidding war against 10 other buyers that dragged on for 2 months! When the other buyers and their agents got feed up with the seller's indecision, he was the only one who remained calm and stayed on good terms with the seller's agent. I can say with 100% certainty that we would not have our house if it weren't for him.
