It was truly terrible. He improperly installed a valve causing a massive leak in our home that cost thousands to repair. He refused to refund any money, return my calls, submit a claim to his insurance, or even finish the job. I have since learned that his repiping was substandard in other areas and we were scammed. Although I have paid him all but $1,000 of the bid, he has not completed the work, corrected what he has done wrong, or even had the courtesy to apologize for the pain he has caused us. Under no circumstances should you hire this man. Beware.
