I have been continually impressed with Jon's responsiveness, the way he takes responsibility for his work, the quality of his work and his character. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any job, large or small. He is a personable, consummate professional.
Whenever a system goes out (so far that hasn't happened on any system he's installed), he always shows up the same day, usually within an hour or two. He has always come in on time and on budget.
