Saber Air

Description of Work: I've used Saber Air (Jon Abroghimoff) on three different central air systems on two different properties. In 2009 he installed central air in a 1940s rental house we own that had neither a furnace nor AC. He was extremely creative in terms of figuring out ways to route the ducting to be functional yet still preserve the period architecture. It was a challenge. Once it was installed, he came back several times to make minor zone adjustments until it was performing as I wanted it to. Around the same time, he replaced an AC condenser on our residence. He could have easily upsold me on replacing the coil as well and probably the furnace, but he told me there was no need for that added expense. He is currently troubleshooting a second condenser on our residence (one for each story). It's an old system that he was not responsible for installing. I suspected it needed to be replaced as the first one did, but he told me that wasn't necessary. He repaired it by replacing a capacitor and will be replacing the 30-yr-old ducting to improve efficiency and cooling. Again, I was ready to be upsold, but his honesty saved me the expense. On a previous system, which had to be replaced, there were some installation issues due to the difficulties of the site.
