For the inside of the house and outside of the house, excellent so far, there are 3 return brief visits, so far I've had 2. I have a large open yard, there is no help for any outside house control.... however, there has been a fast improvement to ridding the mice/rats in my home.

They are very thorough. I had a rat infestation in my ceiling. They cleaned it out, removed the damaged insulation, sealed all the possible entry points, and also did this for the crawlspace under the house. They even weatherstripped all the doors and garage door. Once they have ascertained that there are no more vermin, in about a week they will do another inspection, they will relay the ceiling insulation.

From the visit by the representative who initially came out to inspect my house, I immediately decided I would not be using this company. Being in a hurry, he spent about five minutes in doing a quick glance and quoting me of the pricy cost of his company’s services. After consideration, my decision not to use them changed because the recommendation had come from Home Advisor and because of the apology, I received from the Rodents’ Stop Company. While I am impressed and satisfied with their arrival time and the work which was performed, their warranty is unbelievable impressive. I am very glad that my decision changed—for so far so good.

Rodent Stop came to my home to give me a free estimate on a Sunday, less than a day after I emailed them, for an attic rodent problem. The representative gave me a no-nonsense and practical estimate (another company wanted to replace my attic insulation, but Rodent Stop said it wasn't necessary.) Two friendly workers came two days later to clean, sanitize, and deodorize the attic. They sealed all openings in the attic, under the house, under sinks, and checked inside cupboards for any possible openings even though rodents had never come indoors. The workers were respectful of my home and left the property as they had found it. They set traps and checked on them 5 days later as promised. Having caught some stragglers in the traps, they reset them for another 5 days. The traps have been empty even since. My rodent problem is gone as they guaranteed! This company is very responsive. I was able to talk to someone via email, text, and phone as needed. I really appreciate the lifetime guarantee on their work, although I am confident I will not need to call on them any time soon if at all. I wish all companies were run as efficiently as Rodent Stop!

The job is not complete yet, but my experience so far has been excellent. Joey and Raymond were very courteous and patient in answering my questions. The workers arrived on time as scheduled and protected my home while cleaning my attic and removing the debris.

The workers did a good job of sealing up the house. They listened to and responded promptly to my requests regarding sealing up places rodents have previously used to get into the house. I would recommend Rodent Stop to anyone experiencing rodent problems. I really like the lifetime warranty. It's comforting to know that they will take care of any possible future rodent problems.
