Roberts Plumbing Hydro Jet & Rooter

We were thrilled to have found Robert. My husband spoke with Robert initially on the phone and was impressed with his knowledge and attentiveness to our issue. Robert showed up on time, spent much time explaining and assessing the issue. We could tell that he really knew what he was talking about. Several of our neighbors came out and were also impressed with him. In fact, our next door neighbor noted his attention to the little details (how he put his tools away, etc) and she made an appointment with him before he left. And he's a nice guy to boot.

Robert was fantastic.  He was knowledgeable, experienced and communicative!  It was a challenge finding exactly why the sinks were backing up and where the pipe was clogged. Robert investigated things thoroughly and was refreshingly upfront with his findings.  He fixed my problem and was very efficient. I was super impressed with Robert. He was extremely easy to work with and I believe very trustworthy and conscientious!!  He was referred to me by my newly-retired plumber whom I had used for every plumbing job over the past 15 years.  I'm happy to say Robert is now my new plumber; I wouldn't call anyone else! I'm getting ready to remodel my kitchen and he'll be the plumber on the job!!!
