Great! He’s extended the life of my roof well beyond my expectations!

Shoddy workmanship resulting in leak only a few months after complete roof replacement. Warning signs that we should have heeded included neighbors noticed that materials stripped from old roof appeared to be being reused. In addition to eventual leak, poor planning with the shingles resulting in need for unsightly seam down front of house. No effort was made to roof replace rotting sunroof boards or paint the several vents that protrude from the roof. Bad, bad, bad all around. To be fair, contractor acted concerned and we came to an agreement regarding a fair way to rectify - but this remains our biggest contractor mistake in many significant home projects over the years. Ultimately we had to hire another roofer to correct the work. The fact that this contractor is rated an A completely diminishes the credibility of this site.

Ray provided a bid-proposal after inspection of my leaky roof. I compared his estimate to other bids, and he was right in line.  His crew came on time, finished all removal of old roof and installed new plywood all in one day to prevent any water intrusion. Installation of new roofing only took a few more days. They were efficient and professional in every way. We paid what what we expected to pay. I have since referred Ray Bednash to several friends and acquaintances, and everyone has been pleased. I also use Ray for real estate roof inspections. He is always honest about what's needed and competitively priced. I highly recommend him.

Working with Ray and his team was a very positive experience. Ray came to our house to check out the roof when we were in escrow and again after we bought the house and just had a few questions. He never tried to sell us on replacing the roof which I thought was very honest. Once we decided to do it he coordinated with our air conditioning installer to remove the old roof and lay the plywood in an expedited manner. This really helped both installions go smoothly. Ray called me with status reports and was delightful to work with. Our new roof looks great, I'm happy to recommend Ray.

It went absolutely wonderful! They cleaned up well. He was very pleasant. He was always here to check on the work. The communication between everyone was fantastic. He put on the roof beautifully. His price was right. I had five estimates and his was the lowest. He's come out twice to take a second look at some things for me. I have recommended him to friends.
