I had a little trouble getting a call back from this company, but once I connected with Mr. Lopez, he came within the week. The work was done quickly, within 10 days, and I was extremely pleased with the results. The dining set, which has been in my family since 1900, has never looked better, and he put a bartop finish on the table, which means I never have to worry about spills. Although I elected to have caning "fabric" used on the chairs, rather than hand-caning (which is much more expensive), the quality of the caning is excellent; you can't tell the difference unless you inspect underneath the chairs. Mr. Lopez stained the caning to match the finish of the chairs, too, giving it an antique appearance. Compared to other refinishers, the cost is quite reasonable, too. All in all I couldn't be happier.
