I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They seemed very amateurish and had a machine outside that sucked the stuff in. I don't know if they got anything out or not. I was not comfortable with them so I let them go after the service. They came in professionally, I guess. They did what they did for the price of the deal, so it was fair I guess. They came within a day after I purchased the deal so they were responsive.
