 + -1 moreHe is a really honest guy. He worked for two hours and charged me very little. He was so great. You couldn't get anybody better than this guy. I called him this year and we were going to get together so he could look at my computer, but I haven't been able to get ahold of him. I would really like for him to work on my computer again!
Description of Work: He came and checked my Imac because it is kind of old. he updated everything for me and it all started working really great.

 + -1 moreJose was recommended to me by my daughter who had worked with him at Apple, before he opened his own shop, PROMACTEK. I called, explained the problems, and told Jose that the students were working on a project and had a deadline. He said, "No problem... I'll meet you after school tomorrow" and he did....right on time. 45 minutes later everything was done. The students were relieved to find the computers running smoothly and their work on the yearbook was not lost. His fees are more than reasonable.
Description of Work: Jose is such a great guy - he was focused and explained the problems (and options) effectively. I'm a teacher and have several imacs that the students use. These computers are not new, but they are all we have. Jose patiently inspected them and updated programs, cleared some programs and, in general, got the computers running smoother than they have in a long time. I would definitely recommend Jose, he is knowledgeable, patient, and willing to explain what he is doing, as well as answer questions clearly.
