He is a really honest guy. He worked for two hours and charged me very little. He was so great. You couldn't get anybody better than this guy. I called him this year and we were going to get together so he could look at my computer, but I haven't been able to get ahold of him. I would really like for him to work on my computer again!

Jose was recommended to me by my daughter who had worked with him at Apple, before he opened his own shop, PROMACTEK. I called, explained the problems, and told Jose that the students were working on a project and had a deadline. He said, "No problem... I'll meet you after school tomorrow" and he did....right on time. 45 minutes later everything was done. The students were relieved to find the computers running smoothly and their work on the yearbook was not lost. His fees are more than reasonable.
