He's gotten glue and grease stains, food stains and ink stains out of my chairs. If you think it can't be cleaned, call Fernando and he'll prove you wrong. He's always delightful, smiling, works quickly and does a beautiful job on my furniture. There's no reason to call anyone else.
Description of Work
Every few months I call Fernando to clean office chairs (upholstry) that include the fabric seat and a mesh fabric back. This time around he also cleaned a synthetic rug.

Fernando came to my house a couple days before the cleaning day to estimate the price and ordered my renters which furniture should have been moved out. He came to my house on time and brought high end performing machine in his truck. He demonstrated how the chemical worked before His work. He even cleaned my entrance mat that I didn't asked.
Description of Work
I asked Fernando to clean 4 rooms that college students living in. The carpets are extremely dirty but he know how to get rid of dirt and the carpet dried very quickly. I'm very happy about his performance.
