Steve was very nice when he came out to give me a quote. Later that day his office called and I was able to schedule the job. The workers that came were on time and did a beautiful job. They adjusted downspouts to the direction and height I asked. Very pleasant doing business with Prestigious Raingutters. Their price was very reasonable. I had two other companies come out and give me quotes and they both gouged me for more than twice the price because of the El Niño rains we are supposed to have. Prestigious Raingutters offered colors that match my house perfectly. The other two didn't come close to the colors I needed.

Americo and Alex, the two installers, were very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions, were very efficient in their work, and worked as team. They did a good, professional job.

They were very good. The pricing seems fine.

Excellent. I was ready to replace all the gutters because they kept falling down. They were very honest and told me that the gutters were fine, but had not been installed properly. Saved me a ton of money.

Twice they told us they would come out for an estimate, and twice they failed to come out. Each time, they called within the window they were set to arrive to cancel their appointment. We sat around waiting for them and were not at all impressed with their lack of professionalism. We would not consider using this company.

There were several issues, such as some of the rivets leaked, a gutter spike punctured an eave, and one gutter did not drain properly. We asked them to come back and fix those, and they did quite willingly. They did a good job, and we asked them back to install a few more areas and make a couple gutter spouts drain into barrels. They were friendly, mostly clean and fast. The only trouble I had was in scheduling them. Once they did not show up, and several times they did not call back right away.

Steve, one of the owners, did the estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable and we liked him. He has 30 or so years in sheet metal. Business is a bit slow and he gave us a good bid. The company had good AL reports including one POH. After we hired them, they scheduled the very next day. So far, so good. Installer Jose and another fellow arrived about a half hour late, but no big deal about that for me. HOWEVER...once they got started, the quality of the workmanship was TERRIBLE! After several hours of them working, I walked around the house and found much that was unacceptable. For instance: 1. They put a seam in one of the gutters, but these are supposed to be SEAMLESS gutters. 2. Two of the downspouts were installed way out-of-plumb. The worst was 6" out along a 7 foot length! Didn't they notice? 3. One of the leader heads was installed about 3" too low, which looked bad and would reduce its effectiveness. 4. In one 20' section, they split two rafter tails with the gutter spikes, leaving only one gutter spike well attached holding up the entire section. 5. They literally crammed 3 of the round downspouts into rectangular drainpipe adapters, rather than getting the round adapters Steve had talked about. I informed Jose of the things that were unacceptable, and he was polite and did not argue. He said they would replace the section of gutter and fix the downspouts, and anything else I had. I also called Lars about it, who is the dispatcher or maybe another owner. The next morning, before they arrived, I walked around the house and compiled a list of corrections, 11 items long and faxed it to Lars. He called back and said I should go over the list with Jose when he arrived. Another thing: Jose's assistant was constantly on the roof, right on the edge, leaning over working on the gutter. Not only is it unsafe, but it risks breaking the roof tiles on our 1929 Spanish style house. I haven't checked for any broken tiles yet, but during the estimate, Steve assured me the installers would only be on the roof briefly for about 10 minutes at at time in two areas only. Jose was very nice and fixed everything I asked for. He knew how to level up the downspouts when I asked him to, so why didn't he put them up straight to begin with? I asked Lars for some downspout leaf strainers, which they provided at an additional charge, which is fine, but if I were Lars, I would have thrown them in to try to mollify an obviously unsatisfied customer. They did leave a couple of cans of touch up paint, at my request. Final note: After they left, the job site was strewn with hand fulls of shards of snipped-off rain gutter, and sharp screws. Good thing we don't have a toddler around! If I were Steve and Lars, I would ensure Jose was better trained, and/or I would stop by the job site to monitor quality. The customer should not have to be the quality control section for this company to the degree I was for this job.

They arrived on time and worked quickly. They did a great job. Even replaced there own gutters twice on two sections because they were dented/scratched while they installed them.

The work went fairly well. The two guys came on time and answered any questions I had.

Estimate occurred as planned. Installation occurred as planned. Entire job completed in approximately 2 hours and area cleaned before departure. 2 year warranty.

The estimate was done professionally and scheduling the job was subsequently done. The job had to be delayed one day but I was given adequate notice. The crew arrived during the time window I was told they would come and they were thorough, efficient and courteous. They even added a small section of gutter that was not on the estimate because it had a dent in it that I had not noticed and did not charge me for it. They cleaned up well afterwards and to my satisfaction. I was told that if there are any concerns after the first rain, to call and they will come out and address any issues that arise. I feel confident that they will do so if I need them to respond.

Estimator knowledgeable, and workers were prompt and courteous. Work was performed very efficiently and neatly.

IT WAS OK. I HAD NO COMPLAINTS. I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW MUCH IT COST ME. I WISH I COULD. IT WAS FINE. THE WORKERS WERE FINE. THERE ARE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE FINE. IF THEY WERE LATE I WOULD HAVE REMEMBERED.
