I was getting tired of my living room old fashion color and I wanted something a bit more unique. I was looking for a painter on the internet until I found Pink Painter. I gave them a call and we had an appointment for a free estimate on the next day. The guys started a couple of days after. They made sure to protect the ceilings, my furniture and to tape the baseboards. They showed me samples and I picked the color that I liked the most. Today, it looks really nice and people compliment my decoration style. Thanks to them, the room looks a lot bigger now. Highly recommended !!! Thanks a lot

I recall no problems. Mr. Suplee helped with the color choices and we have been happy with those since then. The amazing thing is that the paint he chose for a school with lots of wear has held up almost perfectly since. Children are bumping up against the walls and there is no visible wear yet. They are easily washed but tend to need only a little spot cleaning. He also painted the exterior which has held up as well. We had painted the exterior before ourselves and this has held up excellently. It was well worth the reasonable price.

Overall I was disappointed. This company came so highly recommended that I paid more than 2 other quotes because I thought they would do it right. The workers did not pay as much attention to detail as I had hoped. I had paint drips, a few damaged plants, and a pile of debris thrown behind a shrub in my yard when they left (I guess they thought I wouldn't find the junk they threw back there.?) One of the workers had a seriously bad attitude, and I didn't enjoy having him in my house. I had to look over everything when they were done, and make a large list of small things that needed to be fixed, they sent a young guy who didn't speak English to fix those things. The owner did, however, send someone about 6 months later to putty and paint the cracks that had developed in the trim they had worked on- with no charge. The company's website makes a big deal of all of the celebrities' homes that they have painted- maybe they reserve the attention to detail only for the rich and famous.

WHEN WE WERE TOLD OF YOUR CONCERN ABOUT THE WOOD SPLITTING IN SOME PLACES (WHICH, BY THE WAY, IS COMMONPLACE WITH WOOD AND THE CALIFORNIA SUN) WE RETURNED AND COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE FIXED IT. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT MORE YOU COULD HAVE EXPECTED OF US. AGAIN, OUR OFFICE IS HEAR SO YOU COULD HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH US. YOU HAVE UNFAIRLY AND UNJUSTLY CRITICIZED US.
