 + -1 moreWe were moving and had to keep the truck an extra two days. Penske was really nice about discounting the price of the truck for the extra two days instead of charging us full price. They were human about our predicament.

 + -1 moreI found them on Angie's List. They were less expensive than another company. When we got there, we decided that the truck we had reserved was too large. They easily downsized us to a smaller one with no problems. The truck we got was clean and great. I don't remember how much it cost. I most definitely will use them again. Actually, based on this move, we have decided we will only rent Penske trucks.
Description of Work: We rented a truck from Penske in San Diego and we returned it in Northridge. We made a triple move; we moved out of our rental house, to my daughter's house, and to our house.
