Very frustrating. Paula was almost always difficult to get hold of by phone, especially when we were under deadlines, and always had an excuse. She claimed to not receive my emails, which included details and negotiating points, etc. for counter offers. Regardless, there were key mistakes, again and again, in the offer and in counter offers-- the parcel number of an included lot (with ocean view) was missing from the beginning, the counter offer purchase price was wrong again and again, spelling and other errors were always present in the documents. I asked Paula to find out how much the sellers owed on the house, but she never came back to me with details from her resources. I asked Paula to proof read her work but do not think she ever did. I felt as if she was always rushing through her work for me (to make some meeting or other appontment) and did not feel professionally represented.
