I highly recommend Paul Reynolds. What fabulous service! I called him last minute to check my heater and slide to make sure the are working properly for family visitors. He was in the area and came to the house within 10 minutes. He checked on both issues to make sure they were working. He took time out of his busy holiday schedule to help someone he did not even know. Don't call anyone else but Paul!

I called Paul out to my home because my pool wasn't looking too good. I had to fire my current pool man. Paul was very punctual and professional. He thoroughly described what the problems were. He didn't try to upsell me in any way. He gave me several options and pricing. He came back when he said and performed the work. He carefully explained everything he did and let me know what to expect. Everything looks good, and he did a very nice job. I am quite happy with the installation work he did. Paul is a very good communicator. He knows how to deal with people in a respectful way. This is rare among individuals in his trade.

I call on him whenever I need work done. His price is very fair. He is very responsive to my calls. When we make an appointment he is there and does the job and does a good quality job.

Paul was very easy to contact. He returns calls promptly. He is very knowledgeable, but doesn't try to push services that you don't ask for, or need. I am very pleased with the work he has done for me this month. I will definitely call him for anything that I need done for my pool.

I will continue to use Paul's Pool and Spa service.
