Super happy with the tile work (tile & grout looked brand new), carpet looked clean, but we were very disappointed with the results on the upholstery.  Maybe the pieces were too dirty for too long a time, but whatever the reason - the pieces are still very dirty. We'd certainly use them again for the tile and grout!!!

The technician arrived on time. My entire house was cleaned under four hours (4000 square feet.). All stains came out to my surprise, and the carpet looked like new. The service was excellent, and the technician very courteous.
